We want you to feel confident purchasing from the Minerva Teichert Art Gallery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return an eligible item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of 100% of the artwork’s purchase price.

Standard Returns

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery before returning an item.

• Artwork must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping or may arrange an approved local drop-off.

• Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are nonrefundable.

• Refunds are processed after the returned artwork is received and inspected.

• No restocking fee is charged.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, or if we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label.

After reviewing the issue, we will replace the item or send the correct item at no additional shipping cost. Please do not discard or return the artwork before receiving instructions from the gallery.

Rolled Canvas

Rolled canvas is an unmounted canvas print intended to be placed in a traditional picture frame. It is not prepared with additional blank canvas for stretching around wooden stretcher bars.

If you want stretched, ready-to-hang artwork, select a Gallery Wrap or Floating Canvas option. Insufficient border for stretching a rolled canvas is not considered a defect.

Before Ordering

Please verify the artwork, dimensions, and finish selected before completing your purchase. Returns resulting from selecting the wrong size or format are accepted under the standard return terms, including customer-paid return shipping.
